Just for the record I like Deidre. Even thought we don't always agree on everything, but if we did that would be so boring!

 

This thread is fucking hilarious, the only thing missing is the guest of honor.

It bothers me that deidre79 is likely to be intimidated by this thread. If she reads it she will see that she has many friends here.

 

If you check out when the last time Dee was on you'd see this thread started and has raged on after she was on last, so it'd be pretty difficult for her to respond.

And as far as Dee being intimidated by what people think of her, good or bad that it may bother her then i doubt if you know her that well.

Go back and read her past posts on other threads DL, you of all people should know that she gives as much as she gets and it doesn't seem to bother her, in fact it seems like a game to her. So as far as being intimidated I bloody well doubt it.

Also Tenguy I agree, it is an hilarious read.

Just because I haven't been posting doesn't mean I haven't been here. So I really don't think it is fair to be using me as a pawn in your little game with Shake, especially when I've never had anything against you. Really, if you are trying to get under his skin, you are wasting your time. Being the self-proclaimed sociopath that he is, Shake could give a damn less about you or anyone else here. So you are really just making yourself look like a tool.

 

I'm wondering....Why has the OP taken it upon himself to "stick" up for these people on the internet?
a) its the INTERNET.....sticks and stones and all that.

b) They have their own "voices" - I'm pretty sure that if they wanted to defend themselves, they would be able to do so without drumming up a "champion". As far as i can see it, you OP, are sticking your nose in. People will disagree on things and people will insult one another.

They probably don't admit too many illiterates ("Yesterday I couldn't spell "engineer", today I are one!"). For the record, though, MIT is much more than an engineering and computer design school -- it's one of the premier scientific universities in the United States. And that's why I'm fairly certain that the closest you ever got to attending it was sweeping the floors.

MIT is a good school, but, after talking to an MIT graduate it's not much harder or better than allot of other good science/engineering schools. The one difference is that you might have a better chance at someone famous teaching you.

MIT was a premier institution during WWII. They developed microwave and radar technology there that helped win WWII.

 

You got all that from talking to ONE graduate? C'mon, Whitey, give them their due.

But I have to say, as the sister of a Caltech grad, there's no contest.

 

I just thought I would let you all know that it's threads like this that keep me addicted to this forum. All of the drama, the comedy, and the suspense entertains me to no end. A lot of you are like favorite characters from a neverending story. I have those I cheer for (Stumbler, Fluffy, Shake, Kimiko), others that are the needed bad guys (You know who you are) , and the comic relief ( Incubus, of course, at the risk of inflating his ego even more!) It's even an interactive story if I decide to chime in, though I usually lurk in the shadows in the drama filled threads. So here's to you fellow XNXXers. Without you the interwebs would be a more boring place to hang out.
